Yes, kinda. Some of this (new age religion) has the same types of "beliefs" regarding this or that, that you also see in religions. The only main difference is that it is more recent of a thing and there is no "holy" book involved. And, of course, there are differing opinions on the matter as well. There seems to be some group of similar thinking people that make these websites and I don't personally agree with their views.

If one is to believe in such a thing as reincarnation, then a person who is re-born as a human being would have lived their previous life not on the planet Earth. This is simply what a star seed is. Should any of those things actually exist, that is.

Now to go further and start talking about actual relationship of a star seed to the phenomenon of UFOs, space aliens, reptile men, energy polarity, and secret organizations ran by space monsters, I'm not so sure of that.
