Can anybody provide a download link for the extension that allows new tabs to automatically go to your homepage?

if you make a new tab it's always blank... I'd like it to go to Google instead.

everything out there seems to be for newer firefox versions.

If so, click on the "view other versions" link and install v0.3.

that link to "cusser.net" didn't install right...

but then I went to "see complete version history" and scrolled down to version 0.3

and it worked!!!!

Could you download and install latest version (0.4.3)?

It should work with your Firefox 2.0.

With all due respect to rainyd, if I may add my 2¢, when it's working, don't fix it! It's working already, the way you wanted it to, so...

This add-on also provides the desired functionality for new tabs:

Select the default URL when new tabs are opened. The options are: "A blank page", "The home page", "The current page" or a user defined URL. When there is an URL in the clipboard, it is also possible to open automatically that URL in the new tab. It does function correctly for FF 2 running on win-98.
