The code is right, the .iso is not, and - besides - you are in the wrong place. :w00t:

This is "Install Windows from USB", although some of the methods do use grub4dos, it is NOT titled "grub4dos" or "grub4dos support forum" or "since a few guys that use grub4dos hang around here feel free to ask any questions about grub4dos".

You:

  1. FORGET about getting an XP recovery iso from the internet
  2. go here: http://reboot.pro/

Where you will find SEVERAL different threads/ways/methods to boot a XP recovery .iso from USB ("flat", as ".iso" and as ".img") after having MADE yourself the Recovery Console.

This is one (that contains also several links to related threads):

http://reboot.pro/5316/

BEFORE it, please read these two:

Yep, those are the side effects of taking the RED pill....

Yes. :)

No.

Meaning that in order to provide (hopefully) any detailed instruction (or more likely pointing you to an already available resource suited for your needs), I need to understand what you are up to.

And of course since last time I checked the Service Pack of XP was #3, I doubt that my crystall ball will be able to understand what you have in your SP4 .iso...

Most probably you are after this ;):

http://www.911cd.net/forums//index.php?showtopic=24880

but it's not an .iso (it is an .img - which gives a couple advantages) and it's not about SP3 or SP4 :w00t: (BTW, there is no actual reason AFAIK/AFAICR for wanting a SP3 Recovery Console, in the sense that nothing has changed that has a relevance in recovery console).

lol

I have original dell sp3.iso and update the iso as follows = sp4.iso ...

make it unattended

ryanvm integrator to integrate post sp3 update

driverpacks base to integrate only the DriverPack Mass Storage 12.06 for Windows 2000/XP/2003 (x86)

ryanvm integrator to create the new iso.

Okee-Doke! The ISO you downloaded is OOOOOLD version of XP Recovery Console.

If you REALLY want an "individual" one, suggest creating one with those contents with your DELL by replacing the files with the newer ones. I'm not sure if this will work or not. Why not just stick with the one you have? Or check out jaclaz' link for a better alternative.
