March 9, 20233 yr Author No, svbus only interprets a loaded image (from grub4dos or grub4efi) as physical disk.
March 9, 20233 yr tx jfx, I have now realized how svbus gives letters to drives, the first drive letter available until u tell it to do otherwise by specifying another drive letter.
March 12, 20233 yr would any1 pls tell me how to generalize, say, antonino in a path for a script that won't take x:\users\%username%\appdata ... for a general username? tx in advance Edited March 12, 20233 yr by Antonino
March 13, 20233 yr Author Somehow you overused my mind reading capability, it's not working anymore. Please ask questions in a way that someone else than you can understand them.
March 13, 20233 yr I would just like to know how I can generalize a username that is different in several os vhds, so that the content of its subfolders (which are the same name) can be reached no matter what username. Like windir for windows or something in the case of a general user standing for each and everyone of them. I guess there are standard folders in a %...% fashion. Edited March 13, 20233 yr by Antonino
April 3, 20233 yr Hi folks, is there anyone who can tell me what service to leave intact for the laptop to find wi-fi instead of ethernet? I need it on vacation, when I have no ethernet facility and can use only wi-fi, which disappears on the laptop when I run my ethernet-supporting desktop script. If anyone tells me which service it is, then I will modify my laptop script. tx in advance.
April 7, 20233 yr Hi, I couldn't find the manual for the program. I can't add *.reg files through the program... I tried: I put *.reg files in a folder WinNTSetup\RegTweaks\Win10 (i selected this folder in Tweaks > RegTweaks) I'm edit the file NT6Only.txt (WinNTSetup\RegTweaks\Win10) and enter the data there: Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\TabletPC] "PreventHandwritingDataSharing"=dword:00000001 (i selected this folder in Tweaks > RegTweaks) I don't know what I'm doing wrong. DISM commands and adding drivers works. Sorry, I don't write in English. I use google translate. Edited April 7, 20233 yr by GT500s
April 7, 20233 yr wimscripts are missing in combo list in "Local Windows installation" since WinNTSetup 5.30 beta 7. Works in 5.26 + 5.30 beta 6

NT6Only.txt is only there to hide in for XP installs. A log file is created \Windows\Logs\WinNTSetup\%Date%\WinNTSetup_RegImport.log. Maybe there is a parsing error. @Sonic Wimscript folder was moved to out of Tools, but there is also another bug with it. Edited April 8, 20233 yr by JFX
