Lots of great stuff here. Unfortunately, not everything has been translated to english yet, Google translate is a big help 🤣 https://usbtor.ru/viewforum.php?f=145 And this, which basically launches all progs from windows recovery, but link to progs is down. https://usbtor.ru/viewtopic.php?t=2099 I noticed great work running Minwin on Winntsetup but unfortunately it nukes wifi and networking in the process, I have to figure out how to remove that sometime. "we are here FOR SOMETHING, not AGAINST SOMEONE" Exactly. Its not a contest. Everyone helps accomplish the same goal.
Antonino Posted Thursday at 08:41 PM Posted Thursday at 08:41 PM honestly, to the best of my knowledge and belief, you are the first person who says winntsetup nukes wifi. me, I haven't looked, but it would not bother me anyway; in fact, if you are right about it, it will not interfere with my system prepping. it can all be done on a post-install basis. now let me check your suggestions. 1
Antonino Posted Thursday at 09:10 PM Posted Thursday at 09:10 PM well, interesting stuff - the arsenal ramdisk kinda thing is real quick, as I presume all the rest of the software, but ... what for that primo cannot do already?
ibay770 Posted Thursday at 09:30 PM Posted Thursday at 09:30 PM Probably nothing or a speed difference depending how it was coded.
Antonino Posted Thursday at 09:33 PM Posted Thursday at 09:33 PM one thing is not clear to me: once u launch arsenalramdisk.exe, it instantly createss a half-size-of-ur-ram ramdisk which it calls b: and asks u to format some disk j: what for?
Antonino Posted Thursday at 09:35 PM Posted Thursday at 09:35 PM if one could only gain logical persistence (empty folders ready to be filled from bootup onwards) of the ramdisk the way one does with primo, one could easily do without primo.
Antonino Posted Friday at 08:28 AM Posted Friday at 08:28 AM oh, before I forget, one thing about special folders which has pestered me for the past decade or more, is that the relocation could be made only for these six or so folders (desktop, documents, downloads, music,, pictures, video, and a few other ones); now, could a script maske all folders (or even just a few other ones) special so that they can gain relocation status? the result would be a relocation tab in the properties box of each of these folders, and a lot of junctioning would be spared, as the system would allow for these folders to reside anywhere on any drive, not just in c:.

Where can I find the full list of all capabilities and features of an ini file for the latest version of WinNTSetup? Greetings, I only document all the hidden ini options in WinNTSetup.ini.txt. But @click-click made and pdf for the GUI ones: https://www.mediafire.com/file/znuf574scdac94d/WinNTGUI2Ini.pdf/file
