How do I disable grey condition? Prevent it from being click and install/run

However, Norton Internet Security show:

runwpi.exe Trojan.ADH detected and RunWPI.exe is deleted.

It's about the folder $OEM$.rar. Weird!

Some older versions dont' have this problem!

WPI 8.0.3 does not show the other buttons eg "config wizard", when installed in USB flash drive!

Presumably WPI treated the USB flash drive as CDROM.

I tested WPI 8.0.3 in two different flash drives, one brand new FAT32 4 GB disk, one NTFS formated 16GB disk.

WPI did not show the other buttons in both disks.

The same WPI 8.0.3 showed the other buttons in my fixed hard disk.
