Mim0 Posted April 15, 2013 Author Posted April 15, 2013 Security Update for Windows XP (KB2801109)As -X- already said, ADAM is not part of a plain Windows XP. OBS: The checker should NOT ask for 2813347 if RDC7 is not used (just in case)Yes of course, still like the previous RDC-updates Oh, another thing. The FC is asking for 2797052 (Ie8). this one is NOT NEEDED. it is replaced (along with the previous cum. update) by the latest cum. update.Oh, you're right! In the prevoius cum. IE updates, the vgx.dll was never included. But in the latest update it is included! Thx for repoting this - I remove 2797052 (MS13-010: Vector Markup Language) rem the update-list and file-checker!
Mim0 Posted April 16, 2013 Author Posted April 16, 2013 will you release a fix for the 2797052 issue? of course... also for the advisory (the optional one) ...
ZEUS__ Posted April 16, 2013 Posted April 16, 2013 hi,everything is OK when I install my cd with iso and WU is happy.. but when I install my xp via USB with made "WinSetupFromUSB_1-0-beta9_rc4", WU asks to install "KB2798897(rvkroots.exe)".. I use hfslip-1.7.10_beta_J_v11.cmd.
jvidal Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 Well, obviously something is getting screwed up in the making of the usb bootable drive.Update the tool you use, try a different one or check your usb drive (it might have a problem)
ZEUS__ Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 Last time when I made my iso and usb xp cd was February and at that time there was nothing wrong. All the tools and cmd files are the same. anyway, I put rvkroots.exe in HVSVCPACK folder and it seems OK..
Mim0 Posted May 16, 2013 Author Posted May 16, 2013 yes, this week I'm very busy but I just prepare the new file-checker whenever I have a free minute.... I hope this weekend I could upload this...
