hello...i have a desktop pc that i have come to like so much these days...but i reinstalled WinXP SP2 and realized my ram has changed from 128mb to 64mb. after the reintallation of the OS...i used dxdiag to check and it told me i have 64mb..and also when i am trying to install some apps like adobe acrobat...i can't cuz my ram is 64mb...moreover tuneup utilities also tell me i have 64mb and that's how sure i am that my ram has reduced. physically i know there is 128ram in my pc and no one has changed it or something..cuz i live in my house alone...but previously, that was before i was installed winxpsp2, all of these things didn't exist..i could install adobe acrobat and tuneup told me i had 128mb of ram...so what is going on in my pc and how can i resolve this prob. please let me have any suggestions i will apriciate it. thanks.

Try removing and replacing them (take em out and put em back in)

I second that. Open the machine (powered off, of course), take the ram stick off and reset them. It might be redetected correctly.
