nobody Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 ok since the original poster cannot / does not want to make the updated addon, i am going to try my hand at making this addon with AutoITif i am successful in this i will post it over here...
ccl0 Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 johndoe74 is busy with real life stuff, so dont expect him to update it or any of his other addons anytime soon.
nobody Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 yep that is the exact reason why i am trying to make an addon that will be useful for both nlite and ryanvm integrator... nlite is more like a switchless installer and ryanvm integrator is just packing that in cab / 7z and hopefully everyone can go back using the latest version of this great product.however this is easy to say but since this is my first addon i expect many difficulties so i promise nothing... but if i succeed in my trial and error i will post it over here, and will be tesing vmware install to test... if vmware succeeds then i will consider the addon successful.
gkar Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 I just use JD's older CFP Firewall only xx.377 version and then run CFP's built in updater to make it current (xx.477). No need to keep updating the addon until a major version change happens.

Happy-Dude Posted March 26, 2009 Posted March 26, 2009 Nice work !!But just wondering, is this a CIS complete addon? If it is, think you can try for a CIS Firewall (Optimal Protection Settings) addon? (I'm largely happy with Avast as my AV ..)Thanks!! And nicely done !!I just finished making one will up it to mediafire.
