I believe in 98 you could do a reg refresh but have lost that code and don't think it worked with later versions anyways.

Rather strange cause I use CDIMAGE.EXE and not makeiso.exe and all mine are upper case and never had a failure for that. Perhaps its the program and the way it writes instead of CASE case? I mean I'm thinking setup don't care

You said you changed your original post so I guess you're asking when to run the I386 copy. I do mine at beginning of Runoncex.cmd. It can be later like in Cleanup.cmd as long as you are not ejecting CD.

I add this robocopy to my distro cause its something simple and fast and can do those things I need done. I even use it as a backup tool to write from from 1HD to another and it has never failed I've allway's known FSO is faster than the batch, delete an entire XPCD in mere seconds, way faster than any API I use or any batch I use. Anything we've offered here should do dkreifus okay though

FSO is faster and I use it a lot myself, but theres things it cannot do simply speaking. 1 is that restore thing i talk about. We'll have to see what Msh will do cause it's totally different and offer's much more power...

This is my simple copiesi386.cmd file, for this I use robocopy.exe which is really fast compared to other routines. Just do a Google and you should find. I then copy it over to System32 during Install. I add to my Runoncex.cmd to execute it Create the copiesi386.cmd in your Install Folder

I done this once awhile back, you have too many invalid entries. UseWholeDisk - Valid only for RIPrep (Remote Installer Preparation) images FileSystem=ConvertNTFS - Don't think you need that with the Repartition = Yes >> Deletes all partitions on the first drive and reformats the drive with NTFS. So to sum it up I think you only need these 2 entries and not the others I mentioned Autopartition = 1 Repartition = Yes of course with your others

For those wanting to use Boardbabes reg file, do this Create a .cmd file whatever the name to export your current settings and import this sweet file. Place in same folder as the Domains_BlockList.reg Yes I removed the date to make it work with all. Just rename to Domains_BlockList.reg You then have a copy of your previous settings in _DomainBKup.reg.

yep sorry that was my (MFSN GEEK) wanting to MOD anything and everything about it. Ok a little feedback Make sure your XPCD Is complete and ready before you start this, dial-up forget it, well well well over 1GB. .. don't remember done deleted as personally I didn't care for it Nothing once you start it, no interaction or adding your stuff at all, me I don't do french or any of the other languages it downloads stuff for.
