Just ran it no echo. My winrar in C prog files, shouldnt be a prob? Its certainly finding winrar as its building the custom nero.exe but without the prog files??

Further to the last post pretty sure I was using the right pack, Dled this one & still gettin the same result obviously missing somethin?? Felix see attached ss.

Another prob Felix have your latest Nero only installer pack, have extracted it into my nero folder with nero6608.exe, creates the temp but seems to skip the extraction & builds the custom.exe with minimal files only like 152kb, My nero.exe is 24 meg??

OOPS! forgot to include the shortcut.exe in archive... fixed now - sorry bout that chief looking into the plugin manager. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Felix do ya have DL for that .exe yet?

Sorted Felix , haven't checked that latest .cmd appears to be ok just gotta dl the shortcut.exe & slot it in. Strange all the other .cmds would not work?? EDIT: felix where can I DL the shortcut.exe??

Same error as before no xcopy number.

Yeah Felix using the nero burning rom only. XP Pro sp2 updated. Error.log attached.

Also havin issues with this Felix, I extracted this to the root of my C drive in my Nero folder with the nero.exe, my winrar is in c:\program files\winrar which should be correct. I execute the build.cmd but only gives a minimized dos window coloured blue & basically hangs does nothing & eventually I just kill it? checked all paths & seem to be ok??

You could probably disable them in winnt.sif, however doesn't exactly remove them. Nlite would be my next choice if the first is not satisfactory.

Is it possible to script shortcuts for control panel items to desktop, eg Automate these links or make a script to copy shortcuts to the desktop.

I simply extract from my latest up to date Adaware defs.ref from the prog files prior to a reformat.

Yeah man same deal with me after using the Shrink prog?? Normal install no worries tho? Asta reckons its a NetFramework prog problem but don't really know?
