ah....i have tried all i can do...changed Autounattend.xml many times to get proper settings...but no luck....all other setups like auto admin logon, skip oobe, etc is fully working in root of DVD...and all paths to install folder are correct.....setup even never told me tht path not found or etc... and as i told..other unattended setups are working fine...so thr isnt any problem in placement of autounattend.xml file. i couldnt figure out whts the problem...so i m asking for help frm u ppl...i hope some of u know better thn me. Sure the OS itself is stable but with constant disk searching it was screaming my drives every second for hours and yes I tweaked it and turned a lot of crap off. No software works on it such as dreamweaver, photoshop and Office 2007 outlook locks up during mail checking. Software may not be Vista problem but it's unwilling to adapt to how things run makes it an overall POS. I went back to XP and just been screaming along on my new pc. The fact is out of the box vista isn't all the great for the normal end user. yeah..it happens due to RAM too..i have got this error many times whn i was playing with my mobo. to overclock my PC.. i think this is nice tht vista atleast shown the error code, tht we can understand it is IRQL error...while XP never shown any errors it just got hanged....so at this point...vista is good at troubleshooting!

if u want to use glass effects ( transpert windows ) thn it cant be applied by default..u have to use 3rd party tools like Windowblinds. this effect cant be applied directly.. u have to use windowblinds.

ummm.....well...actually transfer speed and time remaining are based on scripts...so it cant be applied on XP as vista having...u have to use 3rd party copier tools....

Nepali.....i dont agree with u tht microsoft wont get more customers.....1 GB RAM which is now very cheap now a days.....and abt graphics....new motherboards having powerful onboard graphics...which having atleast 128 MB shared memory which are capable to use windows aero effect ( i have just tested ASUS P5GZ-MX with Core 2 Duo it working fine with Aero on onboard graphics as well ) ....well yes...u r thinking caz u have just looked around ur country tht no one will get customers....thts caz who pays for legel copies ther? ( ofcource here its same...i dont think anyone using legel XP or any other software legelly in my city !! ) so it isnt matter tht they will get customers here or not....microsoft having income from Europe , N and S America & East Asia..... not from us..... Vista is made for future hardwares..obviously....until compatible hardwares comeout ..it seems tht it is crap to buy....just wait for few months....must say..if u have 2 GB or more RAM...than Vista is running faster than XP....this is true...caz supercache and readyboost features of Vista really providing faster performance ...but for this u must have 2 GB or more RAM... and about resource hogging...its caz of supercache and other extra services ...Download TweakVI to tweak ur Vista.... i have 2 PCs at office....and having an ADSL Broadband connection of 256 kbps for each PC using single ADSL modem! modem have 4 slots for common modem cable..and 1 slot for USB cable to connect internet....i m using common modem cable right now.. in modem box..i have got 2 cables...1 USB cable...and 1 Common phoneline cable ( common modem cable ) . i have 2 USER IDs for each of my 2 PC..means i have 2 internet connections...it mean my ISP providing 2 connections from 1 ADSL modem...but my one PC has gone to be repaired...so i want to try if i can run both of my USER IDs on 1 PC...so i can get double speed of internet!! mean 2 connections using 1 modem on 1 PC!! is this possible? cant it be possible tht 1st connection use common modem cable to connect internet.and 2nd connection connect through USB cable...so i can get 2x256 kbps speed on my 1 PC? i think its possible i even connected it using RASPPPOE...both got connected too...but one connection stays idle..ony 1 of them being used!! cant i get total speed of both connections on one pc??
