    hey i heard that they were changing the name of microsoft antispyware to "microsoft defender" and they are adding new scanning features to it. Is that true? And is this going to be part of the microoft "live" programs? if someone could giv me some info that would be nice!

    Never, never use a Mcafee product. Your will just be asking for and getting a whole lot of trouble.

    Do You honestly think you are telling the truth??? That Mcafee is the problem, because i use mcafee products and never had a problem, if u supply evidence of this maby i will giv u some credit but come on!

    Dell is most definatly the BEST EVER!!! :thumbup plus i kno alot of the people that work at dell so its nice :D

    -HP is actully the crappy one, i called them once for help and they were CLOSED!!! Dell never closes!

    I'm not surprised it's Dell as they're the king of cheap.

    KING OF CHEAP EH???? :realmad: then y are you always seeing dell computers in the real world? I kno for a fact most hospidels, schools and goverment places use DELL computers! No to mention stores and businesses!

    Ok.. I lied. I said I wouldn't do my laptop again, but it's changed a bit... and I love it.

    Doz anyone know where to get a theme that will make windows xp look like windows vista? something that self exctrcting so i dont hav to do alot of file moveing around and something that takes up less that 100md of hard disk space;)

    I kno one of u guyes know something, u guyes are always the best at this stuff :)

    I was pointing out that there are better ways to voice your opinions besides being rude to other members by yelling at them. Whatever, act however you please, dude. Good luck with that.

    U kno what i'm sorry, i was rude and i shouoldent have been and i have a tendancy to do that some times so sry man, it took alot of effort to make your desktop and i will vote for it :)

    @wolf7448: Turn off your caps-lock key, noob. Don't you know that the louder you yell, the less people will listen?

    Also, one man's "clutter" is another man's bliss. Since you're a self-described newbie, you might want to be a bit more polite. Otherwise you'll quickly find that others aren't very eager to help you when you need it.

    Cannot Customize Office 2003 Under WinXP

    I am using Office 2003 SP2 under Windows XP Proffessional SP2.

    When trying to customize Menu or Toolbar by right-clicking the toolbar area --> "Customize..." --> "Commands" tab, regardless of what I select under the "Categories" box, be it "File", "Edit", "Tools" etc., the "Modify Selection" button is always grayed out.

    Can anyone help to overcome this problem? Maybe by modifying Registry or Policy?

    Thanks a lot.

    Did someone put faronics win select or a restricting tool on your computer because that might lock things up?

    Hey guyes,

    I have always wondered what 64 bit edtion is! Is it better or worse than the common edtion? what are some good things and bad things about it? and do i use it? I kno u all mustthink i'm a total id*** but it would be nice if someone could tell me :)
