For me the setup doesn't work, it complains that the StartIsBack64.dll is in use. I never had this with older version. My workaround was to start my file manager and rename the 64Bit DLL and run the setup again.

Your NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti shares the IRQ16 with a lot of other devices. Your Gigabyte G1.Guerrilla has 3 PCIe x16 slots. Insert the nVIDIA card into one of the other slots and look if this improves the situation.

I've bought a tool called AveUxThemePatcher some years ago and this works fine. It doesn't patch files on the disk.
