  1. hi, your Windows boot is extremely slow timing bootDoneViaExplorer="91085" bootDoneViaPostBoot="213285" it needs 91s to boot to the desktop and 203s to boot completely! interval name="PreSMSS" startTime="0" endTime="15588" duration="15588"> The "Controladora RAID VIA VT8237" takes 11s to initialize. <interval name="WinlogonInit" startTime="31173" endTime="69873" duration="38700"> login to your user profile is slow (8s). and starting the services is slow: services autoStartStartTime="38101" autoStartEndTime="135373" autoStartDuration="97272"> I can see that the Microsoft SQL Server Express service start slowly. Do you need the SQL server? Next the SBSDWSCService ("C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\) is slow. remove this crapware. You have NOD32, this is enough. After removing those services, start the optimization again and remove the Warez (NODLogin) from your PC and buy NOD32 And also don't use Raxco PerfectDisk, only the integrated defrag tool. Also remove Comodo, it also slows down the PC. Use AutoRuns to disable all unneeded tools from automatic startup.

  4. Can you make a picture? I don't know hat you mean.

  6. Windows does it itself. ReadyBoot learn from each boot. But sometimes you must force this learning.
  7. set the power plan in Windows to balanced. In High performance CnQ doesn't work.
  8. no longer possible since Vista (applies to Win7, too)
  9. no it is not enough to run a AV tool and Firewall. ALWAYS install the updates!!!!
  10. Nice find. Here is the link to the x86 (32Bit) Version: http://download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/software/crup/2010/12/windows6.1-kb976902-x86_f06ea6009c191cb3d6452500d8bce484123a99d2.msu
  11. use DISM /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\windows6.1-kb976902-x64.cab (replace C:\windows6.1-kb976902-x64.cab with the path where you stored the file).
  12. this looks ok. This is 6GB. Run BCDEdit > bcdedit.txt and upload the bcdedit.txt here.
  13. Hi ricktendo64, can you please share the DISM.log?
  14. can you look at the DISM.log? What do you see there?
  15. Have you enabled the option, like suggested by Mr Snrub? the output looks strange. Have you used the 64Bit version of the tool? Also check under msconfig.exe->boot advanced settings that you don't limit the RAM.
  16. Run MemInfo -r [1] and post the output here. [1] http://www.alex-ionescu.com/?p=51
  17. simply integrate it with DISM to the offline Image. When the Windows is running, avoid the WUSA.exe and use DISM too to add the Package Online (DISM /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath). When you install the Feature, WIndows detects the updated files and installs them.
  18. you get a different bug check. Install this update: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/979538 to fix it.
  19. discussing how Windows is divided into packages since Vista is too complicated. If you are happy with this RT thing, use it.
  20. this was done to reduce the illegal selling of Technet keys on ebay. Technet Pro subscribers get 5 Keys per Edition and Technet Standard subscribers get 2 Keys.
