Have you enabled the option, like suggested by Mr Snrub? the output looks strange. Have you used the 64Bit version of the tool? Also check under msconfig.exe->boot advanced settings that you don't limit the RAM.

simply integrate it with DISM to the offline Image. When the Windows is running, avoid the WUSA.exe and use DISM too to add the Package Online (DISM /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath). When you install the Feature, WIndows detects the updated files and installs them.
