so the unknown was Daemon tools. yes,the USBport.sys has something to do with USB devices. connect them to the front USB ports. I can also see that Steam alls USB driver functions. So does it happen if you close Steam?

your boot is slow because autochk checks the HDD. this takes 60s. You need 90s to boot to the desktop and 167s to boot completely. Check all HDDs with chkdsk

Avast and the Adaware service slows down the system a lot.! both take over 20s to start. remove both tools and use other alternatives like MSE or AntiVir. Also the KMService takes extremely long to start. After doing this run the optimization again.

remove the DRIVERS from the command line. You got a BSOD. I reported this to MS and they investigate it. If I get any news I update the first post. the boottrace is still incomplete. The km um files are temp files which are merged into 1 file: boot_BASE+CSWITCH+DRIVERS+POWER_1.etl I need this file.
