  1. the boot trace is incomplete. in the shutdown the hanging services were forced to stop. I can see you use a lot of programs. remove the size of running tools.
  2. no, a Windows 2000 hotfix has nothing to do with Windows 7.
  3. have you installed the Sp1? You can free some space by running this: http://blogs.technet.com/b/joscon/archive/2011/02/15/how-to-reclaim-space-after-applying-service-pack-1.aspx
  4. it is the same: Total = 37 for module netbt.sys Elapsed Time, > 4096 usecs AND <= 8192 usecs, 36, or 97.30% Total = 63 for module i8042prt.sys Elapsed Time, > 16384 usecs AND <= 32768 usecs, 2, or 3.17% Elapsed Time, > 32768 usecs AND <= 65536 usecs, 3, or 4.76% try to disable the lmhosts service.
  5. disable NetBIOS over TCP/IP for your network connection in the network sharing center->adapter settings. Can you connect the mouse/keyboard with USB ?
  6. the ATAport uses most CPU, but the following driver has the DPC latencies: Total = 33 for module netbt.sys Elapsed Time, > 1024 usecs AND <= 2048 usecs, 0, or 0.00% Elapsed Time, > 2048 usecs AND <= 4096 usecs, 27, or 81.82% Elapsed Time, > 4096 usecs AND <= 8192 usecs, 6, or 18.18% netbt.sys is related to NetBIOS. Do you still use this? If not, disable it in the network connection options. 1 Interrupt is casued by this driver: Total = 1075 for module i8042prt.sys Elapsed Time, > 16384 usecs AND <= 32768 usecs, 1, or 0.09% this is the PS/2 driver. Do you still use a PS/2 mouse or keyboard?
  7. your HDD is busy, so remove all unneeded tools/services. Use Openoffice/LibreOffice if you can't buy MS Office.
  8. there was no reaction on connect. i check it again next week.
  9. upload the etl file, please the message means you had issues while resuming Windows. The ATI driver does it too slowly. So update the ATI driver to version 11.2
  10. my xperf trace shows a lot of CPU usage caused by those IE9 RC functions: mshtml.dll->CMarkup::ClearRunCaches, mshtml.dll->CTreeNode::VoidCachedInfo and mshtml.dll->CTreeNode::VoidCachedNodeInfo Any ideas what they do?
  11. I don't help you because you use a cracking tool: "C:\Windows\AutoKMS.exe" Sorry, warez is not allowed here. Install the PC again and only use genuine Microsoft software.
  12. ok, so run chkdsk /r /f on your external HDD.
  13. Which IDE devices do you use? ATAport = driver for IDE devices.
  14. If you use a USB keyboard change the settings to this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/969028
  15. upload the zipped etl file to mediafire.com
  16. create a full dump when you get the issue, zip and and share the dump to cluberti.
  17. ok, if you are unsure, zip the trace file and upload it.
  18. run Process Monitor in background and look what the Firewall does all the time.
  19. the 2 boot phases take the longest time: interval name="WinlogonInit" startTime="27931" endTime="48662" duration="20731"> <interval name="ExplorerInit" startTime="48662" endTime="102320" duration="53657"> which shows the delay. Run the optimization, which I linked in the first topic.
  20. this looks like the Windows Firewall is the cause.
  21. no, as you can read this doesn't work and you get the old RSAT tools With my way you get the Sp1 Tools.
  22. I wrote in the first post that the DRIVERS flag can cause a BSOD. Run it without the flag.
