IE834707: Should install, but it's for IE6 PRE-SP1. Also, I might release a version of vgx.dll for IE 5.5 SP2 with the zert patch already applied. Maybe even IE 5.01 SP2/3 and IE6 PRE-SP1 (also, seperate for XP version). the_guy

#1,2,3: known issues. #1 will be fixed in the next version. don't know any fix for #2,3 #4,5: Please elaborate. #6: will look into it for you. It is part of the main options. I might've just forgot to change the .inf's. the_guy

I kind of know what you're talking about, but the only method would be to ensure that none of the fixes in your HF folder aren't in a list. the_guy

primitive list (just security updates) would be MS06-042, MS06-055, and MS06-065. There might be others, though. Updates for Outlook Express should stay though.

In response to the error, I get it as well. I ignore it and my computer works fine. Also, I have metapad replace notepad, which removes the need for a metapad shortcut. the_guy
