you seen the price of the subscriptions?

i don't like it myself - sure its good for portability and web apps, but programs made in it are bulky and slow in some cases much better to stick with c++ in my opinion

for screenshots, simple resizing, converting formats

yep - if i was a malware writer, i do something in a matter of minutes to exploit this they should wait for the software vendor to release a patch before announcing it

afaik it isnt possible to change this - you can add a logo and some other OEM stuff there but that is about it

i think that its done in ms vc++ 6. i'd do it but i dont have it installed at the moment

a work-around will be out within a few days and thats even assuming that the windows-xp one wont work on it

its like that with everything - movies and music (altho there is a good claim that these are overpriced anyway), software, games - most people get them because they cant afford the originals and nowadays with broadband they dont even need to fork out for pirate copies either. just need to download them
