  1. I have not used it since SP2 and have not had any problems.
  2. Do you not have to have it installed for it to work, I am just asking, as the script I posted does not require any third party stuff.

  8. Post a list of apps with the install switches and i will do the vbs for you.
  9. I guess you could not read he said CD, plus not everyone has a dvd burner. You can use either a cmd like the above posted or a VBS file that use WMI and a Querry to search for the file. Example this makes it so you do not need to know the location as the path to your app is built from the Querry. This is a example with a text output file. RunOnce Entry

  12. The script I posted just checks for one file Win51 that all i wanted to know if it found it. I made that Script on Vista and the image in the reply I get when i put in the XPCD in my CD Drive. I think RogueSpear did it that why so it would work for either SP1 or SP2 pack. But this is just a guess. This I have no knowlegde on i just wanted to make sure the cd was being identified correctly.
  13. I second that as I am in the beta, and all images are bootable.
  14. I just wanted to check to see if it a proper CD. That what the purpose of the script.
  15. He should have a re edit version ready in a day or so that shoud take care of that problem. But In The mean Time Could you try this script and see if it read your CD Correct Save As CDCheck.Vbs
  16. This works from a Windows Desktop, you have to put the $oem$ in the i386 folder for it to install the apps. This will install XP To D Drive. Open Cmd In the XPCD location I have not tested this one but it should work if you have the same path. Save as StartXP_HD.cmd
  17. 1:\ Make a folder on %systemdrive% I call mine shell 2:\ Copy not move the variuos file you want to modify 3:\ Use Resource Hacker Replace what ever you want. 4:\ Then hit the save button, Resource hackers makes a back up the origianl file. 5:\ Now you should have these 2 files shell32.dll,shell32_original.dll in that folder. 6:\ Now you can add them to your Ua CD or use Replacer to replace them on your current installed OS.
