hey Widnez_boy i have THE solution for your problem. had it before myself too your g/f has messenger plus installed on her PC including the sponsor, you have to deinstall messenger plus, and reinstall it WITHOUT the sponsor, should work. If it is not working or you dont have messenger plus on the pc anymore, download it again, install it with the sponsor feature, after you done that deinstall messenger plus and the searchbar is gone good luck

which version are you using? i am using version 6.2.0137 myself and have no problems with it

you know something really strange? the political s*** over here in the netherlands.. You shoot a black guy (no offense ofcourse but that's just how i goes here in NL) you go to jail for a long time.... you shoot a policeman you can get a work punishment for lets say 120 hours and you can go For a little change in the computer you must pay 720 euro..... the goverment is insane here ....
