It's the other way around, Edge and IE are iconic browsers that use "favourites", all other are just third party apps. 360 Chrome also uses favourites and used, before you changed it.

Did you try to replace 'em with blanks? Perhaps the browser just wants them to be there (checking integrity).

lol, filename.txt is not related to the browser, how could you remove it? It's something that is created automatically when you export filenames via cmd. You couldn't even have it at the first place! XP doesn't even support cmd filename export, I think.

Dave, respectfully, no no no, I wasn't making a mockery out of anyone. You just missed the dialogue (he deleted it), hence you'r'e missing the whole picture. He, and I quote, "demanded to make proof" the method by @Anbimaworked, all in a very rude form, then someone edited his angry replies where he accused me of not telling the truth(!) . But the most important thing is @NotHereToPlayGamessimply couldn't find a simple word in the UI, and that's more of a self-mockery. Why not simply take the en_UK pack from the same Chrome?

It could be something related to Dwrite.dll differences. On the other hand, they somehow solved the problem in CastXP.

If I go to> "Add languages and drag to order them based on your preference." The only language I can choose is: English (United States) Web pages and UI are displayed in: English (United States) I'd like them to be: English (Great Britain) (GB), like Supermium or even CastXP allows to select the proper English language. The least I could probably settle for is Canadian, thanx.
