  1. What do you get when accessing v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com ?
  2. I see, you do not have to blur the server name, it's only a local server (if it does not have your personal name in it). Open the CMD and type : ipconfig /flushdns
  3. Sometimes no, but it's up to you All your DNS redirections seems fine, did you make the website in IIS as well?
  4. Seems fine. Why do you want to host it since it is available via Windows Update Restored (v5.windowsupdaterestored.com & v4.windowsupdaterestored.com) ?
  5. We removed the wrong inventories for the server as they were corrupted/not for the right operating system. We're waiting for the real ones to add them.
  6. Hello! Did you setup your DNS to redirect the domain to your server ?
  7. Hello! No, you do not have been banned or limited The server is missing inventory files, that's why you get this error. Windows Me is also not currently supported, and will be once we get the right inventories for it.
  8. A file is missing, which explains the error. This language is currently not supported.
  9. Hello, and welcome back to Windows Update Restored We currently only support Windows Update v3.1. Microsoft Update is not available on Windows Update Restored.

  13. Hello! Portuguese is supported, but the file wasn't there, since Windows Me is a bit buggy. We're working on fixing that.
  14. Hello everyone! I'm looking for old installations of Windows 95/NT4/98/Me/2000 that have the C:\Program Files\WindowsUpdate folder containing Windows Update files. The computer/vm has to be updated before 2011. I would really need those files for my Windows Update project. I'm looking for: .as files, .bm files, .inv files, .bkf files, .gng files and every other weird file extensions in the C:\Program Files\WindowsUpdate folder. Thank you in advance!
  15. Hello, and welcome to MSFN! What do you mean by "you have 26MB of updates"? You have the downloaded files? Also, to upload big files, you can use https://workupload.com
