Ok, thanks for your tips and welcome to the Stinkpad Club, I also have one T23, one A31 and a dead T61p. I have some family matters to take care of but hopefully I'll start tinkering during the weekend. One odd thing I noticed is that using the touchpad totally "destroys" youtube and it happens with all 360 versions I've tried. Also happens with Mypal/New Moon28/Serpent52-55 but not that bad. With roytam1's K-Meleon right out of the box(no extra add-ons) I can move the mouse pointer constantly while watching videos at 360p without distortion. Using 480p is on the limit, 720p audio/video really bad even if I don't touch anything. Before adding more extension to your 12.0.1247_rebuild2 which now is my main browser I'll start with removing everything that has to do with Ultranav/trackpoint/Synaptics and use an external mouse instead of the touchpad. The fingerprint reader, modem and HD protection are already disabled. Don't waste your time on your old T43, I'm fine with your 360-version for daily use and K-Meleon for youtube so maybe you can finetune 360_v12 making it even better. Wish me luck! Too much tinkering with settings for me, I use AdBlock on all 360 versions. BTW, I can't get a satisfying result on youtube with any of the 360 versions published here. Same bad results with New Moon28, Serpent52/55 and Mypal. More or less stuttering with all of them. Mypal/New Moon28 with RealityRipple's extension uTube for Pale Moon is almost OK but a little bit strange... it acts a bit funny when you click a link to or on youtube. A bit slow in desktop mode but no audio/video stuttering. BTW2, thank you for your hard work, 12.0.1247_rebuild2 is now my main browser for everything except for youtube. Also a big THANK YOU to roytam1, feodor2 and "the Owl". You all saved an old Thinkpad from its last journey to the rubbish dump. .

Same spinner on travelocity with New Moon28(2021-07-30) BUT if I disable Adblock Latitude it's OK. Same thing with AF's 12.0.1247_rebuild2 and Mypal 29.3.0, had to disable the adblocker and then travelocity is OK. .

j7n, I registered an account (free plan) at Protonmail a couple of days ago, didn't have to supply a phone number or a backup mail. I used Mypal 29.3.0, no problems with the captcha test or accessing the mailbox. Just tried Protonmail with roytam1's New Moon 28(2021-07-30), no problems at all.
