  1. Yes, tested in Windows XP VM under Linux Mint. `NetworkServiceSandboxEnabled` didn't have an effect (doesn't work on unsupported operating systems). PS, I think I know why my manually written policy under `HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Thorium` doesn't work. I have not applied the adml file from `thorium_policy_templates.zip` (no idea where to put it under XP, to be honest).
  2. Still doesn't work here under: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Thorium Works under : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Chromium Sandbox:
  3. Updated XP/Vista Release
  4. Without the need to install yet another extension, changing the font can be done with uBlock Origin as well. 🙂 I like the Noto Sans font (hinted). Apply this rule in uBO to apply to all elements in the page: forums.digitalspy.com##*:style(font-family: "Noto Sans" !important; src: local(Noto Sans) !important;) Another example. Have Google search results display in bold: google.com##H3:style(font-weight:bold !important;)
  5. Works here as well (I have put it on Dropbox and use that link in my custom filters, so I'm not bothered by the connection error ). I also have the userscript.
  6. I have a backup of the latest uBO list, the userscript, as well as the Firefox and Chrome webextensions (MV2 unfortunately...). Link
  7. (Offtopic) -34°C in Nikkaluokta (Sweden)... Here in the Netherlands it's 11°C.
  8. Someone (@Maroc) on the "My Digital Life Forums" has provided a link to an up to date Tor for XP. TOR.7z. You can only see his post when logged in.
  9. FYI; From the Pale Moon forum: Planned system requirements changes this year
  10. Good catch. Same here: But PrivaZer removed them (CCleaner didn't).
  11. Today at 12:00 the links were put back. https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/some-of-my-latest-apps-done-for-xp.87973/ https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/some-of-my-latest-apps-done-for-xp.87973/page-2#post-1828738
  12. That's why I edited my post to say: (emphasis mine)
  13. Same here on the latest New Moon. Well, at least the scrollbar at the very bottom works to display the rest of the code. But I hope for you all that this can be fixed. In the meantime, click on the 'Raw' button and there will be no scrollbar. https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ntvmb/wxp-installer-for-winpe/main/INSTALL.BAT
  14. Another milestone release for yt-dlp (2024.03.10). Windows XP mod : https://github.com/nicolaasjan/yt-dlp/releases/latest/download/yt-dlp_x86_Windows-XP.zip
  15. Thanks! I had that list enabled in the distant past, but it is indeed very restrictive and will cause false positives. (see e.g. this old issue in the uMatrix repo) It currently has 161.498 entries! I don't think that's beneficial, especially on older hardware... Also, the maintainer is known to block domains based on his personal opinion (mostly in his additional lists)...
  16. On the MDL forum I see that MPC-HC 2.1.5 is out, but I don't see a working link anywhere (yes; I'm logged in)... https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/some-of-my-latest-apps-done-for-xp.87973/page-2#post-1825868 [Edit] I see now that @Maroc has edited all his posts with links to his programs, so that what are supposed to be links are now just plain text... This happened on Wednesday, between 19:38 and 19:45. Relevant threads: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/mpc-hc-ported-for-xp.87702/ https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/some-of-my-latest-apps-done-for-xp.87973/
  17. Does that also include security fixes? To be honest, I don't read the changelogs here that often.
  18. Site-Specific User Agent Override
  19. I have the same issue and asked about it on GitHub, because I couldn't change the fonts: https://github.com/win32ss/supermium/issues/261
  20. <Offtopic> I would say, try in a fresh test profile. But I think it doesn't support that syntax. Copilot: The URL for the "AdGuard URL Tracking Protection" list is: https://filters.adtidy.org/extension/ublock/filters/17.txt That said, why don't you try uBO? It's far superior to Adblock Plus. </Offtopic>
