- when i turn on the computer, why the win98 seems stops for some seconds 10-20s and then continues? - is there a patch for turn off the computer automatic?(i mean without we need press the button fisicly)

I ONLY have a hotspot, with USB cable

the 1st laptop have windows 10. the 2nd have the windows 98. both have Ethernet drivers installed. so i can share the internet and connect the 2 laptops using the network cable. how can i connect the 2 laptops?

to be honest i only need update the standard BIOS and not the graphic card "4. forget about the whole thing, so you don't come back tomorrow asking how to fix your laptop to work again " but works and i learned so much

i have the ACER Aspire 1690 laptop.... using Win98. how can i update the BIOS(if theres some update)?

- on Explorer menu we have: View - Explorer Bar - Folders. the folder tree is showed, until we close the window... can be permanent? - on Browser Folder dialog, can we show the New Folder button?
