i'm trying found the USB Wlan 802.11n NIC driver for windows 98... but without success Device Description : 802.11n NIC Hardware ID : USB\VID_0BDA&PID_0179&REV_0000 can anyone help me find the drivers?

ok.. after testing, i found the problem isn't the sound... on bat file i use: @ECHO OFF @break off sod sb i execute the batch file, but the screen stays black... is something about memory(512MB's) or the graphics? can i change these on batch file?

YES now i can execute the game using sound blaster... i can create a bat file(on game folder) with these 3 lines: @ECHO OFF @break off DosGameName sb i don't know if uppercase is need on 1st line.. thank you so much.. now i can play DOS games with all sound

is for i add tha 2 lines on autoexec.bat?

exist a Sound Blaster emulator for Win9x? i'm using the Win98 on a more modern hardware

on Device Manager - "sound, video and games controlors", i only have the 'Vinyl AC'97 Codec Combo Driver(WDM)'... these means that i don't have the Sound Blaster win98 emulation... maybe these is the problem... what anyone can tell me more?

i did more search and i found the answer 1 - on 'start' menu, we select 'run' and we write 'sfc'; 2 - here we select the option 2: "extract file on instalation CD"; 3 - we select the 'explorer.exe', on 'c:\windows' folder; 4 - after these, the Windows ask for reboot... after that the 'start' menu, will be 'Iniciar'. it's fixed... but i need ask 1 thing: i belive the problem was the 'nusb33e', the USB installer.... but why changes the 'start' menu?

i just did now and no effect the 'Start' menu button stills 'Start' and not 'Iniciar'(Portuguese)

i need some updates for the Portuguese Windows 98. i installed the Internet Explorer 6 SP1, but it's english... i need the PT version... can anyone share the internet explorer 6 language pack?

after several tests i found 1 version that works, but for that i must reboot and press 'F8' and select the 'prompt mode', for enter on MS-DOS and then execute the game. so seem the problem is the audio driver... my audio driver\device: Vinyl AC'97 Codec Combo Driver(WDM). maybe i must disable the audio
