Too: "Spots that move when you move your eyes, so when you try to look at them, they move quickly out of your visual field" "Spots that are most noticeable when you look at a plain bright background, such as a blue sky or a white wall" - all that caused by small LED lamp or car lights...not sure

Have you compared with chrome://gpu/ the builds of 360Chrome, and DcBrowser?... I use sometimes "System Restore"... and "Defrag", for this I use rather MyDefrag.

Because this happened after using the small LED lamp. WHY you experienced these dark spots? So you don't have these now? What did you do to get rid of them? First, allow JavaScript, then allow hcaptcha.com in uBlock, then resolve captcha...This works in DcBrowser, 360Chrome v13.5, v13 ...but doesn't work in v12 (after resolving captcha repeat endlessly...)

Has anyone experienced the black spot in an eye, caused by LED lamp? No visual loss, but black spot only, which is not in the focus of the eye, but slightly on the side... Now, thanks to you, I woke up - and DISABLED (from Running on Automatic) these two other services: Network Connections Service - in French: Connexions réseau BUT, with disabled: Windows Management Instrumentation (in Properties, under Recovery tab - notched 3 x "do nothing", hmm Windows do reset after 1 day?..) Now: svchost.exe ( -k netsvcs ) has now 9.9 MB (before change: 17.77 MB) - so saving 7.87 MB ..and RAM used (after restart Windows and attend slightly..2 minutes) has now 268 MB (before change: 275 MB) - so saving 7 MB. In the Event Viewer - new DCOM errors... so nothing to worry, maybe EDIT: Windows Management Instrumentation - inFrench: Infrastructure de gestion Windows; if disabled, then no more dependencies info in Dependencies tab under all services! That's about DcBrowser...yes a formidable option for us when FINALIZED (please, @Humming Owl ...) I find it nicer than 360EE... Sure it has some unsolved problems until now, but so many positive things that I like, that as a result I use it mainly. Nice settings page, dark mode with Brightness setting (which I had set to 88%) and Timed activation (which I don't use), plus I had added Dark Background and Light Text extension. I use other extensions (like in my 360Chrome builds): uBlock O., Script Blocker Ultimate, No More Referrer, Ping Blocker, Browser JSGuard ( https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/browser-jsguard/ncpkigeklafkopcelcegambndlhkcbhb ), Privacy Settings (on Full Privacy), Ad Blocker for YouTube (v1.0.6 with ID: gmcmlg.....) that's all running, but I've qq. ext. not running (No History, Random User-Agent, Redirect Link Checker ..). The 360EE builds have to test purposes for now... So @XPerceniol - you could use it, you too.

Finished Youtube sound and video stuttering, video crashing browser here... I finally found the real cause of all this, it seems to me: it's Youtube advertising that does this. The solution is to install an extension against Youtube ads, example: Adblock Pro for Youtube: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/adblock-pro-for-youtube/ggokfoffgmgmkckgeclppfpgfmddbdjg/ I finally have videos that play technically well (and no more ads) in 360Chrome builds 13 r but especially 13 M...
