if you're talking about the one in the quicklaunch (where else would it be? ) the shortcut is located in C:\Documents and Settings\<Your User Name>\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch you could use a program like E-Icons or Microangelo to change it

In my opinion i think the second one is a better buy. But do yourself a favor and get DDR RAM. You'll be much happier. Using SDRAM on a system like that is like putting cheap gasoline in a Ferrari.
