yes, two lans at once. i tired this yesterday on my dfi nf4 ultra-d b/c someone else had this same question. and only 1 of my nics was reporting usage in task manager.
i was up to 5am doing a bunch of things, not just directx. the directx problem wasnt even b/c of GE, it was b/c of a problem between directx and xpe. i am able to play many games now and am amble to do a bunch more too.
it is not about the processor, it is about the memory controller and amd processor that is a venice or newer can support 4 sticks or ram, everything else will not. dfi's new nf4 expert board somehow supports 4 sticks or ram in 1T. there should be no compatibility issues as long as u have a venice or newer core and are running in 2T.
im not sure if anyone has even though of this idea before. just make sure its a good paint and that it wont "melt" under high temps, that would be a disaster.
i do love newegg, but where else can u buy cable ties that cheap? and ive never seen those mounting bases before, pretty sweet. i have been trying to figure out how to get a fan in my pwmic area and this may be the way, thx.
i dont like those big tubes, they look pretty ugly to me. you can get some cable sleeving but you should still use zip ties with it. i have the ocz powerstream 520 and that is already sleeved so i dont need to bother with that. http://frontiernet.net/~ripken204/pics/comp/p180-3.JPG u can see by this picture how much cable ties can help mine looks even better now but my parents are out of town and they took the camera this is the before pic http://frontiernet.net/~ripken204/pics/comp_full.jpg
well i just got deamon tools and my cd drive working im installing battlefield 2 right now and ill let u guys know how it goes. edit: stupid directx wont install!
and now another major problem, since we have not been able to get our cd drives to work, we cant play games that require a cd in the drive. and i am not able to get daemon tools or alcohol 120 working...
like that matters to most of us anyways, i dont beleive that nvidia drivers will be automatically supported, u will have to install them on your own through the device manager, i just did it and my 7800gt is working just fine.
