thats a windows problem, not a symantec problem. the fact is that symantec is just a resource hog and the only way to fix that is to use another AV. how is that not a real solution?

its called dont use symantec. use nod32 or avg.

well the realtek 880 is a very good onboard sound. i have the realtek alc850 and its pretty good for onboard. his is pretty old considering the newest driver is from 2003...

what driver version are you using? i know you're using a driver pack but you're not always sure http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/SOUND-CAR...9-UDA-039.shtml this is the latest one for that card, although it is 3 yrs old... if that doesnt work then try changing the audio hardware acceleration. do that my going to control panel, audio properties,advanced,performance. then just lower the hardware acceleration 1 bar and try the game again.

i know what it is. ive seen a special on HBO about it. its just that i couldnt posibly think of that as a job. and i also couldnt have fun by watching people play video games. and i dont see how they can get payed that much, but according to that HBO show the top guys do... just plaing video games all day is not all that fun to me, putting my brain to work to help people is a better way to spend my life. i just beleive that all jobs should have a purpose, if there is no purpose then why have it? im not trying to be offensive to anyone here but this is just one of my views on life. thats one of the reasons im a moderator here, i love to help people out, i learn and have fun at the same time. video games help no one and that money could go to a better cause.

what video card do you have? i dont beleive that this is a mobo problem, its most likely that the video card is not giving out a signal. how long as this been happening and how long have you had this system? have you tried changing the channel that this computer is in for the kvm? if its in 2 right now then put it in 1. and have you tried it without the kvm?

well did you bother reading my post right before yours? i personally hate wmp and will never use it, it cant even play half of the movies i have and its a major resource hog.

i just saw one of my friends mac laptops, he says it was 2500$... but wow does it seem worth it! they only thing is that i would still need another computer for my sweet games

tables is illegal? where does it say that? the w3c even has tables on there site... http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/struct/tables.html for height i dont think u can use a percentage but for width you can css is soo easy. are you still using dreamweaver? if so then its even easier. the code shows when you start typing. in ur css you need an align:center for you div.center but i would highly suggest using tables.

well thats canada. i found a pretty good forum about many different stores and i very may be able to get into the geek squad. 16yrs olds are in the geek squad and i'll be 17 by summer next year.
