My windows Xp sp1 installation stopped and gave that error: File NEWSTRYS.WM_ can not be copied. please type its location, etc. etc. Then I looked in the cd\i386 folder, it was there and its size is 733kb. I couldn't understand anything. EDIT: I tried expanding the file and it gave an error for archive. Is there anybody who can send me that file or help in other ways? it is NEWSTRYS.WM_ , when expanded it changes to NEWSTRYS.WMA thanks

Hey i made a new vmware xp pro sp2.i went to windows update v5 but it directed me to v6. is it same at yours?

oh man! I updated my media player 10 with windowsmedia10-kb892313-x86-intl http://support.microsoft.com?kbid=892313 Now its version is 10.00.00.3901 but guess what? when i click on "Check for player updates" from WMP's Help menu, it says there is a new version of player.... bzzzzzzz.......

hey, i used this way on my integrated xp cd: 1 windows xp pro 2 slip sp2 3 slip all hotfixes needed 4 wmp slipstreamer tested and using it.I am using Turkish version Windows Xp Proffessional. No problems...
