You can go to this page: http://unattended.msfn.org/xp/finish.htm to grab CDImage. It comes with a boot image and a batch script to automate the ISO creation.
I can't remember who mentioned a while back during the SP2 betas that removing the cmpnents folder caused Setup to fail, but I've tried this with RC1 and it seems to work fine. The CD is now down to a reasonable 404MB after removing all the usual un-needed folders.
You need to edit your boot.ini file to remove the first entry. This file is hidden, so typing C:\Boot.ini from the Start > Run box will open it in Notepad. If you're unsure, paste the contents of boot.ini in your next reply, and we'll do it for you
That Handwriting plugin craps up my MSN Messenger, as well as some of my mates on it. They couldn't send messages, or the chat window refused to open. Bit dodgy :/
http://unattended.msfn.org/xp/runonceex.htm Look under "Applications that use Quotations" for the -f1 switch. But since you don't have any spaces in the paths, adding quotations isn't necessary. You'll also need to include cmd.exe /c before the copy command for it to work, otherwise use .cmd batch files.
This isn't an old beta of Service Pack 2 by any chance is it? There was an issue that caused spoolsv.exe (or something along that) shooting the CPU usage to 100% when trying to connect to a network printer.
Copy BOOTFIX.BIN from the I386 directory (in your original disc) to the BOOT folder to get the "Press any key to boot from CD" prompt. We can't help you with anything to do with replacing files to get a corporate version, that's considered illegal on MSFN.
