  1. Does launching iexplore.exe from Start > Run also change IE back to Windows Explorer? Reinstalling Windows was probably no good if you used the original CD, but reinstalling Service Pack 1 itself may be of some help, as this would also reinstall the IE6 SP1.

  4. Another suggestion is to view all emails as Plain Text only. This should prevent any scripts that can be embedded into HTML emails that opens attachments without you knowing.

  10. Yeah, I thought the same, EFNet will only be temp area until we can find a good IRC community that supports Chanserv and Nickserv. Also some people have reported problems of connecting to various EFNet servers, so we will switch soon. Ideas for other IRC Servers are welcome. :phone

  18. That's not possible AFAIK, because of Windows File Protection; Setup has to install IE6SP1 along with OE, as its hard-coded into NT operating systems. There's also the Internet Explorer Administration Kit, allowing you to customize your setup options and distribute via web server/cd-rom/directory on HDD.   20. I've only just found out that Piolet is infact the new Blubster. The developer has stopped working on Blubster and started on Piolet. (as this thread shows anyway - http://forums.blubster.net/showthread.php?...p?threadid=1096 )
  21. Internet Explorer is a bit dodgy with favicons, but using another browser such as Phoenix, it appears straight away.
  22. Drew, did Blubster stop working since you installed the router? AFAIK Blubster uses a wide range of ports.
