I think its kind if a dumb question. Of course its better thats why the industry is gearing in the 64bit direction. Yeah aside Win Xp 64 has issues but they will be slowly worked out when more and more companies write 64bit drivers. And for the dude who started this its 128GB or ram is supports, not some where in the TBS lol.

Id say try flashing the motherboard, maybe it isnt reading it right automatically.

You really dont need anything crazy, im not sure why people think they do. Pick up an enlight. They are well made and we have been using them for YEARS, to be exact 6 and we have never had a problem with one. You can for the most part tell how good a PSU is by its weight. They weigh good and they are MORE than you need. If you have a nice PSU like an enlight, with ur specs u could honestly have a 250 watt, If not less. HONESTLY ive been a tech for 3 years for this company and no one has a better reputation in the area.

well i do not have one but... they look really nice. 400mhz cpu 64 or 128 ram and its a pda man u can put what ever programs you want on it.

I am not sure, I read awhile ago that a 8mb cache vs a 2mb cache is a 30% increase in speed from what i remeber. I do not think that cache could make up for the rotation speed of a hard drive though. I think it would make a differance but would not be faster than a 10k drive.

Mine tested as 5 mbit down on mcafee but I pay for 3.6/1.8 cable and they are upgrading it soon to 4/2 for free. That is through comcast. I hate verzion more than life but they are comming out with 15 and 30 mbit downstream packages within a year

I have 768 mb on my laptop with xp and I disabled my page file. It doesnt get any faster than that, period. I play unreal torunament and use photoshop cs on it no problem.

Try running the manufactors diagnostic tools on the hard drive.

Hauppage makes very good tuners, even their cheap ones are good. They have ones that are dvrs and ones for digital tv, everything its good stuff check it out.

When windows is starting up keep hitting f8 like you are gonna go into safe mode. Wehn the menu comes up goto disable automatic reboot on system failure. Then instead of rebooting you will see the screen and you cna diagnoise it from there.

Go with an AMD 64 bit they are the fastest chips out there and you dont have to wait. Plus it will be way cheaper than an intel 64 when they come out.
