Hi, (out of topic, long time no see MSFN!!) I have used the nLite to remove the WMP9 of Windows XP SP2, because I want to install Windows Media Player 10 unattendedly, but I got the error... "This version of Windows Media Technology does not complicate with this version of Windows XP."(It is translated from Traditional Chinese.) I know nLite says that, "If you want to install the newer version of Windows Media Player, just click right of inf file, then you can install." but I can't find that inf file, because nLite does not describe what file name is. I am using the nLite 099.6 beta to deduce the Windows XP SP2 Traditional Chinese Version and has tested on VMWare.

i think you should use Windows XP SP2 Deployment Tools that is downloaded from Microsoft., because there are some bugs on nlite.
