start nLite, browse for your XP CD folder [E:\XPCD as an example] [NEXT] choose what u wanna remove [NEXT] options screen [NEXT] Custom file list [NEXT] apply changes and make custom iso or click finish hope this clarifies some (Not sure if nLite only works on english versions or not, that COULD be the prob) someone else could clarify that better maybe if it does or doesnt

i had a similar problem, i used custom icons, and as soon as i applied 1, windows would shut down :S after i uninstalled YzDock it was solved, its probly be cuz its an older program try something like mobydock or objectdock good luck
great work on 9.2 it reduced my cd lots about 40MB from 9.1 to 9.2 of a reduction my xp cd is now 175MB (Original XP Pro) and additional programs are 76MB great program

im not an expert on this (ive only just started myself) but, adding the $oem$ folder in the i386 dir. wouldnt copy 2 the correct destination would it but 2 add a reg file is REGEDIT /S <path>\filename.reg
i dont use avg, but have u guys tried /s /qn /silent /verysilent one of those may work i dont even know what installer avg uses these are just suggestions
