I find that using Spybot S&D, Ad-Aware, and HijackThis usually solve problems that friends and clients of mine have. I am usually able to do the rest manually!

It is possible to show your own CPU info, RAM used/free/total using a program called Coolmon. However, all of the info gets put into an XML file which has to be parsed using PHP anyway. You might want to ask sven how to do this since I've seen him do it. Not sure if this is what you want, though.
