  1. That looks pretty good. Can it hold a lot of my techy stuff though?

  3. Hey all, My Targus backpack recently had some of its stitching come apart near the notebook pocket and, as a result, some of the foam padding has become exposed, thus I've become a little hesitant in using it to carry around my notebook. I've contacted Targus to see if I can get it repaired or replaced (it has a lifetime warranty) but, so far, haven't received a response from them. So, in the event that Targus completely ignores my e-mail and doesn't get back to me, I'd like to know what some of you use to carry around your notebooks, gadgets, etc. so I can go out and buy myself a new bag (preferably a backpack or messenger bag).
  4. You need the print driver update for the EXACT model of the printer you'd be using. Without this, we won't be able to find the right driver for you. "D1400 Series" is not enough information; you need to be a bit more specific. It's most likely one of these: D1415 D1420 D1430 D1455 D1460 D1468 D1470
  5. It's good to know they finally released a fix for it.
  6. I have the same problem, and so does a friend of mine. It's a known issue. Setting your default printer to, say, a PDF printer should fix it. It's an inconvenient workaround, but it does the job.
  7. Do you have an HP printer? If so, is it set as your default printer? This is one reason why the error report prompt would pop up, but I have no idea what would cause the other error.
  8. And right at the top of this forum you'll find this: FAQ most commonly asked questions
  9. I think this is what you want: http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/how-to-buy/Default.aspx
  10. I had a feeling one of you would fall for it. But seriously, this is a great opportunity... FREE!!! A bunch of my classmates are registering to take the same exam as me on the same day at the same time at the same test centre! It's so hard to resist free stuff!
  11. Just thought I'd point this out to all members that are unaware of it at the moment... Microsoft is giving away voucher codes good for ONE Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist exam for HIGH SCHOOL and UNIVERSITY students ONLY. This offer is good until June 30, 2009. More details here: https://www.dreamspark.com/Products/Product...px?productid=24 I just registered myself to take one of the exams in the next few weeks. Wish me luck!
  12. If by activation key you actually mean product key, then, you can install it on as many computers as you want, but keep in mind what newsposter said above.
  13. LOL - they'll just reply back with one of their scripted e-mails telling you to go to one of their pages. As for contacting them, have you tried this page?

  15. Hey everyone, I'm in the middle of upgrading an ASP.NET app to use SQL Server 2005 at my new job and was hoping that someone could point me towards a few good SQL Server 2005 resources to give me a better idea of what to do and how to do it since I don't have that much experience working with databases. Any help would be appreciated (really, I mean it).

  22. You have two options: First, when you right-click on the image, save the image with a different extension (in this case, it's a PNG image being generated, so the file extension should be .png). Second, rename your PHP script to something with a .png, for example, myimage.png. Now create a file named .htaccess in the same directory and add this in the file, where myimage.png is the file you just renamed: <Files myimage.png> ForceType application/x-httpd-php </Files> FYI, a lot of this is explained here already. Hope this helps.
  23. What do you mean? All you have to do is simply right-click on the image and save it.
  24. You should be grateful that he released the program for free in the first place. And anyways... Read what he said above:
