Hello What a wonderful program isn't it ! So i used it since the beginning ! So You have found the website, but if you look at the bottom of the downloads page, you'll find the "portable" version. Named "....QS.exe". It's a 100% work version to be a client or a server. So you just have to pack it in a .7z file to include it into windows via nlite. Sorry, i havn't the tool to make it ++

Hello I have tested several software to accelerate windows transfer files. here is my opinion. TeraCopy (free for basic version) is quite good for little files, good performance (possibility to adjsut the data rate of transfer file...) So it has so few options in my opinion (no possibility to save the transfer list ...) I don't know BurstCopy, perhaps it might be useful too ! Me, i used since 5 years, this software "supercopier" from www.sfxteam.org. High Speed Transfert Possibility to save the transfer list Automatic data rate adjustment ... So i recommended it ! and don't remember, as you ram is efficiantly as the transfer copy is fast ! ++

Hello Almighty You can also make an inventory of the installed updates on your computer. So after it depends of your XP version. => OEM ? or other ? So You can copy the I386 folder to the root at the "%systemdrive%" C: , then use nlite to update this folder. So before you must download the updates with Windows Update Downloader by Jcarle that you will find in this forum So you can integrate them with nlite, in hotfixes category. ++

Hello I have had the same problem long time ago. But this problem appears as well as on laptop than desktop computers ! Why ? Because Microsoft has locked several system files.
