i am working on an autoit script to help with making setup information files. i dont know how useful it is or could be. i am posting a screenie. if anyone wants the file i will post it.
what i am getting at is that i want to make a batch file for an attended cd that i dont need to edit after i write it. the reason for having the second file is just to put commands into which may get edited frequently, that way i dont have to rewrite the batch.
is it possible to use a batch file to read a text file one line at a time and then execute a command based upon the data it reads in each line in the text file?
i know i get annoyed when looking for code and all i see is an endless blue background. thanks for posting it. maybe people will follow it as a guide. one can only hope.
i am assuming for your os, you are using xp. the file attached is the unattended driver from the original driver file. i renamed the winxp folder to lan for easy integration. just extract to $oem$\$\drivers, and of course add the info to your winnt.sif file removed
those folders in the zip file are identical to the original. try to leep other drivers in different folders because they are easier to sort through when separate.
