same packages could be remove and save space now [like printers drivers] but there are same another packages that after reset the installed os the packages will remove and the space will be saved

ye its working i thinked that is not possible to remove it with 32bit os so i installed and remove the printer drivers and all work well

beginners users could use vlite to remove langs drivers and more without having any problem advanced users could use dism to add packages / hotfix to windows 7 before using vlite and save more space and the system will be still stable and about beta thing windows 7 beta is not new os at all its windows 6.1 based on vista just more based on windows server 2008 kernel which mean its much stable lets say then vista beta as it was lots of review said their opinion on windows 7 there are not good reason not to install it

i used dism and preinstall first InkSupport and then desktop xp

Microsoft should make Wimfilter packages for 32bit and 64bit so the users wont need to install it for nothing

vlite is not fully compatible with windows 7 u could remove same feathers and not have problems about the vga drivers i guess vlite cant find it nuhi need to update it so its will to find it GD

use with vlite to rebulid it i installed my os with removing the packages and after few reseting the install size got lower too but vlite will take it as smallest as possable when u use dism its only save the changes and not rebulid the wim

try download manger maybe ? u could resume with it

ok i tested win7 and win7 server here the boot time win7 32bit 35secs win7 64bit 53secs win7s 1:17 win7s have lots of "black out" screen i guess 30secs of wasted time which the system doesnt do something [black screens and the system dont do nothing] and i tested it vlite setup and orignal setup not much a diff @ enyj u have those black screen too ? will give a try thx edit: i disable it from the bios and lan network too didnt do the magic

im waiting for web server r2 to be public i tested win7 64bit to find if there a boot problem and there are not [ winserver 7 6801 had that problem] i used kazuni's ini from his guide to make win7 eee platform and use dism to remove the printer as well so it got smaller from 11giga install size to 6.5giga [64bit] did u tried to lower the uac ? or disable it

me 2 i guess its will take less then a week to nuhi to make vlite transferred to 7lite when he start working on it cos dism make it less complex and the comps there are standalone
