Are you doing direct integration, or you are installing updates at t-13 stage using switches? If you are using second mentioned way then that is a problem. You need to install that two hotfixes at first logon, because some keys are overwritten during Windows installation and because of that MU complains. Cheers

damian, I was doing some heavy resource modifications on my XP install, which included applying your pack. But, I noticed that you use modifype.exe with you VistaPack which is not compatible with Vista. I was patching the XP CD with your patcher when I noticed this. So, you might consider replacing modifype with pechecksum.exe so your patcher is compatible with Vista. It is also command line tool and is has slightly different command line usage: pechecksum.exe -c <filepath> Cheers

That won't work, it will just make your system unstable. Also, I never experienced that on XP, everything worked fine for me. Open your Folder Options and make sure that option "Remember each folder's view settings" is checked and that option "Restore previous folder window at logon" is unchecked. Cheers

I reinstalled drivers and in print job window page count is still multiplied 3 times, but printer prints only one copy, so it seems that problem is solved. Cheers

Ok, I'll try to reintall it when I get home. I found one guy using Google with the same problem, but there was no mention of a soultion. And printer is new, everything was fine for a month, and now the problem appeared. In meantime, if anyone have some other suggestion, please post it. Cheer

Hi, Since I don't know if this is a problem with Windows or printer, I'm posting this in general section. I'm running Vista Ultimate x64 and I have HP PhotoSmart C5280 printer. I'm having the following problem: Each time I print something the page count gets multiplied by 3 in print job. For example: Printing 1 page shows "3/1" in printer status window. Printing 1 page twice shows "6/1" in printer status window. Printing 2 pages once shows "6/2" in printer status window. This is really driving me crazy. Can anyone help me to solve this problem? Is this some problem with Windows or printer? Cheers

nLite works fine for me on Vista. You can try to run nLite in compatibility mode to slipstream SP3 or to install XP into VMWare and do the slipstream of SP3 there. This is known problem with SP3 slipstream only. Other issue is not known to me. I never encoutered on it. Cheers

Are you sure that you vLited you disc in right way. Did you choose correct edition for slipstream and did you do correct rebuild. You should describe all your steps during vLite-ing. Also, attach your preset (Last season.ini). Cheers

Also, there is one more great pack, which will solve all you needs. So, integrate SP3 and pack here. This pack contain post SP3 updates, IE7, WMP11 and related updates for it. It will make your XP CD fully updated. Cheers

You probably used hotfixes older than SP3 pack. - First screen shoot: old hotfix 100% - Second screen shot: Probably one more old hotfix, for which Direct Integration is not supported, it safe to answer yes there. - Third screen shot: Windows Installer is not supported for direct integration by nLite - Fourth screen shot: Net Framework is not supported for integration by nLite. Now, my recommendation. Integrate only SP3 and pack from here. It contains all hotfixes you need after SP3, including latest Windows Installer. Also, if you want to integrate .Net Framework you need to search for addon of it on this forum or forum where I pointed that pack is. Cheers

The only way is to use some other computer which has Vista Ultimate, then to download it using Windows Update. After downloading, open WindowsUpdate.log, located in C:\Windows and find link in it. Then download it using your Internet Explorer. Ups, it seems that I did not understand you. You can not slipstream the key. That field is just for earlier version of Offices, that requires key for slipstream. You can customize your installations by launching Office 2007 setup with switch a. Example: "c:\office2007\setup.exe" /a OK. It is good that it works fine. Tip for Shrinker: Try to use folders without spaces in path. Cheers

The logs that I had are coming from an Office 2003 Professional dutch. I can give you the exact number written on the cd tomorrow (MSDN). It would be good that you upload log of failed slipstream so I can see what is the problem. I would like to see your log, too. All updates should be extracted to Updates folder, there is no way for real slipstream for Office 2007. Cheers

I agree that WMP is not best for ripping, but I like the way it sorts to folders when ripping, and for me it have decent quality. I would still like to fix this problem, but it seems that nobody can't help. Cheers
