  1. You're Welcome. The office plugin allows viewing office documents within firefox. The WindowsMedia/DRM plugins allow Windows Media Player to be used by firefox to play streaming video within firefox. shark
  2. The new 8.1.064 BETA is now available on my site as an editable installer. It is in WinRAR format because users find this alot easier to modify. to those willing to use a BETA, please test it and comment here. shark
  3. Check my site for a PREVIEW RELEASE of 1.5.0.7 use caution near small children, this installs so fast it may frighten them. shark
  4. Updated to v2.72 shark
  5. download the modified file and place it into the 'update' folder overwriting the existing file. now you can perform an offline unattended installation. shark
  6. i dont understand your request. If you're asking me to add addons to my installer, no, that wont happen. I'm listenning . . . I've heard, and in response, the next release will have a shortcut on the startmenu. 1.5.0.7 is near completion (it's currently in RC3 status)shark
  7. exactly what part of this will be in the startup folder after the 2nd reboot? self quote you need to get the cmd file placed there so it is executed on 2nd boot. shark
  8. Thanks for the response/input ScOOt3r From the lack of responses, i can only assume this is working just fine. Glad you all like it. shark
  9. This particular shortcut is being created after 1st logon. Upon 1st logon you'll see a message box telling you windows is setting up 'personalized settings' for IE , Outlook Express, etc. This is when the shortcut is created. To be able to delete it you'll need an extra reboot after runonceex has done its thing. Try using a self extracting EXE to place a *.cmd file into your 'startup' folder which will delete the shortcut and then also delete itself. To delete itself, make the last entry in the cmd file read: del %0 shark
  10. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE I have removed the svcpack compatibility designation. The installer has not changed but due to issues i've discovered, this installer must be used after 1st boot. My apologies to those affected. shark
  11. UPDATED There was a problem in my initial release of this installer that i didn't discover untill after doing a live installation using the svcpack method. This re-release is now under 2 MB! Also please note, if you're installing this on an existing machine, this installation isnt active untill after a reboot. shark
  12. That was a private release that had some bugs. I was able to overcome those issues, all is fine now. Give it a go, i'd like to hear how it went.shark
  13. This is a Windows Live Messenger addon. If you don't use WLM, you don't need this program. The 1st time you attempt to transfer files with WLM you get a pop-up asking you to install this software. No offline installer exists for this program, until now. This installation is svcpack compatible and can be installed before or after WLM. This software does not have an icon. It is used by WLM as needed. This installation is silent, and switchless. Get it from my repository(s) shark
  14. I removed it because the program auto updated on a weekly basis and this auto updating caused double entries to be created in add/remove programs. I may update the installer sometime in the future, but for now, i took the installer down.shark
  15. If you weren't experiencing problems with this package, you DO NOT need this updated installer. * * * UPDATED AUGUST 27, 2006 - A few users (mostly non-english but not all) have been experiencing difficulties with this package. I've completely redone the installer and hopefully have solved all these issues. The new installer uses WinRAR instead of 7z on the suggestion of 'Muiz'. shark
  16. I created the installer you are using. It has worked fine for most users, but a few (mostly non-english but not all) have been experiencing difficulties with it. I'm currently uploading a completely redone installer and hopefully have solved all these issues. The new installer uses WinRAR instead of 7z on the suggestion of 'Muiz'. I use dialup, it'll take about 1 hour to upload. Currently the available file was updated Aug 19. When the new file is available the site will state that it was updated Aug 27. Use the link to my repository to get the new file. shark
  17. no, not all software can be installed through SVCPACK. My own WLM doesnt work from svcpack. With wares that do not work from svcpack, i use a batchfile called from runonce to install the remaining applications after 1st boot. shark
  18. When i grow up i hope I'm not a genius like you especially since i install just about everything through SVCPACK. I don't even use a $OEM$ folder, no cmdlines.txt and no runounceex.cmd either.shark
  19. nope. You will have to repackage it using a selfextract module that allows hiding the extraction progress and then use /qn as the installation switch.shark
  20. I can only assume ZileXa is no longer maintaining the page. If you follow the link to my repository, scroll to the bottom, everything you need is there. shark
  21. Either you'll have to repackage it, or go to the store while your unattended CD is installing. Most people dont sit and watch unattended installations. ALL my installers are unattended but with visual props for those sitting and watching not to get to bored. shark
  22. * * * UPDATED AUGUST 19, 2006 - This (and previos installers) do not properly create the sharing folder if installed through svcpack. YOU MUST install this after 1st boot. (runounceex etc.) shark
  23. Thank you Thank you again. This release is AUDIO ONLY and is for people using something other than winamp to play video files. I think you can use the original downloaded installer from Nullsoft with /S for an unattended switch. the 'S' must be in CAPS. You're welcome. Receiving acknowledgement in the form of a simple 'Thanks' is very appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to post.new BETA = new update - v5.2.5.868 is available. shark
  24. Under the section [setupHotfixesToRun] the exe files you downloaded from my site should be listed there also. EXAMPLE : I should also mention that he actual files should be in a folder named SVCPACK which is found within I386 shark
  25. You're welcome, and thankyou for your input. I was pulling hair out over the auto login. Your post made me look for a simple solution, and here it is: Under Tools/Options/General you need to manually tick the box for: Allow automatic sign in when connected to the internet shark
