well it is working, but not with my primary Master HDD (the 160Gb IDE) which is wot i need, yet the OS trys to boot off the HDD, in a diffeent computer, but obviously failing, because its a different system and i got a Corsair HX620W and 620W Thanks Ethan

Hello, ive just tired unplugging all hardware, FDD, HDD Etc, but kept the IDE DVD-RAM in, and it boots into the XP Cd :S so it must bethe hardware i thought, so i chucked the HDD into my bros PC and it tried to boot into XP fine So thats confussed me, any ideas.

IVe tried all compinations, and still nothing, it just wont do anything its powering on fine. but it will go throught the bios, and as the bios switches over the the OS it stops with the black screen Thanks Ethan

Hello, ive just had a lot of bad luck latlely, Now i built this system about 2 Months ago, My Current Specs are: DFI LanParty nForce 4 SLI-DR Mother Board. AMD Athlon Dual Core 4800+ X2 939 Pin. 1Gb of Corsair XMS DDR 400 RAM. 160Gb SATA HDD 160Gb IDE HDD 80Gb IDE HDD TSST Corp SATA DVD-RW. HP Lightscribe IDE DVD-RAW. 2 X 512Mb Nvidia 6800GS running in SLI Mode. 650W PSU. oh and a Floppy Disc drive . But, my problem is, i have been having problems with it lately, like it crashing, becoming Hot, and i Mean HOT So i bought a all new Air cooling system, this seems to work, my CPU is at 40 Degrees, when running intenese Photoshop and Premiere Work. dont know if thats high, or low lol But i upgraded my System to Vista, to give it a go, and now my System will not boot AT ALL, it will come on fine. I will insert the XP Disc, or Win 2000, or even Bart PE, and it will not boot at all. Its set in the bios to boot to CD-ROM, then HDD it trys to boot, says press any key to boot from CD... so i press enter, or w/e, and thats it black screen, just a blank black screen i dont think this is good, becuase i cannot access my PC at all. Ive tried updating my Bios, and again nothing, i contacted all the Manufactures of my Hardware. and they have no idea what it is. I have NOT overclocked at all...even thought i wanted to becuase i thouht i had a good system. But i was obviously wrong, can any one please help me with this. Becuase i use my PC for everything Also i Noticed something else, in my Bios my CPU is showing as AMD Hammer Family - Model unknwon... i downloaded the CS3 beta, and i was not to impressed by it, it just looks like CS2 with a new GUI/UI, ok it does have some new thing, and is stil lin the beta, but i probably wont upgrade, unless i get discount for already owning CS2 Ethan

i do not install Drivers For IDE HDD, or SATA if i have already got an OS installed, but if im using a SATA Drive, for a fresh install,and press F6 to install third Party Drivers, it finds them then fails setup. So i have to intergrate them into the disc

Hi, i Use A DFI Lanparty SLI-DR nForce 4 board, and when i install the full nForce Driver Pack, my system often locks up, and when the firewall is installed it will not Allow outgoing connections from ANY IM Client, even when it has been configured to allow it, As for the Use of IDE Drivers in the place where SATA will be, i found that the SATA Drivers worked better, but had problems installed for Text mode setup, so i had to intergrate them into my XPCD, then they worked fine, so personally, i would use a alternative version of the nForce Drivers, (microsoft provide them all ), and use the proper SATA Drivers, Hope this helps Ethan.

Hello i have recntly, bought Windows Server 2003 and wanted to make a Domain Controller, that was Wi Fi, now these are my problems.... The Server has no Wired Connection to the router. I Have another Client Machine that i wish to use on the domain, again this is Wireless And also a laptop and i bet you guessed itright, its another wireless device. Can any1 help me, step by step on how to sucessfully set up a wireles Domain COntroller, with DHCP, so my other computers can connect to it, yet also have access to the internet, without going throught the Server First. so then i can access the internet with my server being off and on Thank you Ethan.

becasue there is a custom logo that launches before the adverts load, and that is not there long enough to actually see it properly, so i thought there Might be a way to delay the adverts, or disable them, but just display the image or something, you get me lol Thanks Ethan

Ok, never mind i put it in Fireworks Solved the problem i tell you another thing you may be able to help me with, im not sure if this is illegal, but ill take my chances and ask, cos you are the only people who can help me You know the Advertising section Of WLM, down the bottom, is there a way i can Not Disable it, because it loads a custom Image, upon sign in, but then it loads the adverts straight after, isit possible i can delay the time it takes for the Adverts to load? i actually think i have found it, but ive been using Photoshop, and i needs to be transparent, and its a .PNG file, but Photoshop will refuse to turn it transparent Any Ideas, Ethan

Hello I Was very interested in copy Protecting my DVDs aswell, Software wise, but what it thougt, this may be illegal, but im not sure, and you may have already posted in, in that case im sorry, but isnt there a file on a Protected DVD Video disc, we could like use, and simply copy that onto out software discs, so then programs such as Nero etc, will not be able to copy it, its not a problem for me with people copying and pasting the files, because most of my clients etc, or people i know, are Novice at computer so wouldnt think to use nLite lol So i would very much like to protect my DVD Software, if you would like to discuss it more please PM me Thanks Ethan.

Hello, im back once again lol well the second error Print screen i showed you is happening again, i get the Ethan.bmp showing but at the very top left of my screen, and you can only see the 'than', also it is there through out ALL programs, and windows. hey, i bought the Adobe Creative Suite 2 Premium edition, and that come with Photoshop CS2, it has probably been the best investment i have ever made, even thought i found there was not that much difernce between 7 and CS2, but CS2 just seems to be more for what i do So, personally, id make the move to CS2, and you can get is for about £120, but thats the really basic one Ethan
