The only solution is : sysprep Execute the regtweaks in sysprep and capture the install.wim Then they work for all users

Tried that, but after making another user , the regtweaks are not aplied for the other user.

This works satisfactorily for me. At wich point in the XML ? OOBE ?

I have used this tool although its straight forward interface, what are the do's & don't with it's use? I know the waik installed is a prerequisite, is there anything else one needs to know before using it. As there is nothing noted on the use only credits. There is no english readme YET

With your source modified it cold be just about anything. I have tested the installer on several CLEAN x64 Vista installations, also CLEAN SP1 installs and the only possible issue I can reproduce is UAC asking for permission to allow the installation to continue. IMO, the issue is yours to solve. shark Its a clean version of Vista x64 Ultimate SP1. I will try the 32bit version,maybe that will work.

Yes, screenshot is vistax64 The error is caused by UAC. I have no idea how to turn it off without user interaction. shark UAC is removed in my Vista So thats not it shark

I used 6001.18000.080118-1840-kb3aik_en.iso its 1.16gb After admin install its 1.09gb And after 7z its only 685mb

What i did was , made a admin install out of it (makes it smaller), then opened the msi in orca and removed [string_MustHaveFullUI] Then made a switchless installer with 7z Thats all have fun
