we dont need your serial in order to use shrink u need a clean install of xp meaning only xp no other software. then u run office shrink good luck u know u really should post this in the office shrink thread.

i uninstalled firefox on my laptop on my pc i tried the /qn /qb switch nothing both computers using the latest sp2 w/ hotfixes so ... i asked 4 people from different parts of the world to test it also nada.

shrink only works with 3 languages. what language are u using?
