  3. - Windows NT 5.x family windowsupdate.com links for available languages, including all (any?) Custom Support Updates - The updates links are grouped for each build, slightly sorted, and ordered lexicographically per update number or file name as possible - Superseded (replaced) updates are not filtered or excluded - The dump is available as csv files containing updates name and url, or plain text files containing updates url - It's recommended to use CSVFileView to check the csv files https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/csv_file_view.html - You can filter or extract updates for certain language using findstr (Vista or 7) e.g. findstr /i \-enu NT_5.2.3790-x64-Custom.csv > NT_5.2.3790-x64-Custom-enu.csv however, few update have different language identifier or none, so it's best to review the whole file first - NT_5.1.2600-x86-SP2-Custom and NT_5.1.2600-x86-SP2-Custom-IE are ment for the EOS Windows XP SP2 x86 only - NT5-ia64 is for Itanium-based Server 2003 / Windows XP - .NET Framework packs and updates for NT 5.1/5.2 are in a separate list files, likewise Windows Media Player and some eXtra updates # P.S. Maybe it's best not to post the links explicitly in the forum replies or text sites (pastebin, txtuploader..), and share them in the txt/csv files # Download https://gitlab.com/stdout12/adns/uploads/9ca06a12dd08c06edd889e65afa637fa/NT5_WU_URLs_csv.7z https://gitlab.com/stdout12/adns/uploads/33fcfd0b0f6c1a0cb74472cb8407800d/NT5_WU_URLs_txt.7z

  4. That was nearly a year ago. I'm now using Supermium 138, which spoofs itself as 142, by design, but is definitely actually 138. It's certainly no older than that, and I never accepted the claim that the Supermium developer was deliberately falsifying the Chromium version it was using. I have never had any redirection issues with MSFN.

  10. Hi! My name is Karla, I'm a girly-girl, hard core PC gamer, originally from a small Danish town, currently staying at my relatives in Canada. The reason I joined, well, I liked this place, love at first sight, yes...ok...the main reason is, I got infected with love to Windows Vista from my father, with whom I'm currently living. Due to the fact we recently broke up with my bf, I now got plenty of time for PC hobbies and gaming! I'm seeking help with setting up modern games to run on Vista. I speak fairly good English, boys, I'm not so chatty, but I'll try to reply to everyone!

  13. Hi to all people who are using a computer with a SSE only CPU or whose OS is Windows XP Professional 64Bit! In these cases you have to use the original release of ProxHTTPSProxyMII 1.3a (20150527), when you need to establish such a connection. Now I would like to know whether there is an interest in an updated and modified package of this version. One of my computers has an AthonXP 3200+ CPU with SSE instruction set only and therefore I have modified the mentioned package by including a launcher as it is in HTTPSProxy's package. The result is a proxy which can be served in the same way as it is in case of HTTPSProxy. All functions are available via systray icon and can be accessed comfortably. Let me know by commenting and reacting whether there is such an interest! Kind regards, AstroSkipper

  14. Hi @XPerceniol, I use PDF-XChange Viewer for years and it's working fine in Windows XP. Comparing to Adobe it is lightweight and you have editing function. It can be integrated into browsers by its provided plugin. Have a look here: Cheers, AstroSkipper

  15. Ok, I found the cause of this problem. The extension Download Manager (S3) 5.1.4 prevents showing the hash in 360Chrome v11. This extension has either to be uninstalled or disabled if accessing virustotal.com. Same in Mypal 68. Cheers, AstroSkipper

  17. Good to know that it worked for you. Of course, Mypal 68 is in an early state of development. We will see what it will be. But I think it is a very interesting and promising project.

  18. An experimental solution for the error code 0x80072F78 while accessing the WU/MU website If on the WU/MU website the error code 0x80072F78 appears, turn off your firewall temporarily. If MU is working now, add the program "wuauClt.exe" into the exception list of your firewall and turn your firewall back on. In any case, ProxHTTPSProxy or HTTPSProxy must not be blocked by your firewall. Same for Internet Explorer, of course. This is rather an experimental solution. In a lot of cases, this tip had helped users to solve the error code 0x80072F78. Try it if you are affected! Maybe it works for you. Cheers! AstroSkipper

  19. Of course, I know that but opening tabs in Chrome browsers are consuming much more RAM than opening them in a browser supporting single process mode. Therefore it is problematic for my old system. But do not misinterpret my statements, I appreciate your work here and it is great to have a more recent Chrome alternative in Windows XP. And RAM uconsumption is a problem caused by developer and not by you.

  20. Chinese installers are great! Aren't they?

  21. Thanks for your quick reply! I do not focus. on process count only. I do focus on RAM usage. Each new opened tab consumes nearly 100 MB. Currently I have three different tabs and only one extension in 360 Chrome and a RAM usage of 93 + 90 + 110 + 113 + 90 = 496 [MB]. Each more tab means nearly 100MB more. Sorry, too much. In Mypal 68 I have three different tabs and two extension consuming only 400 MB. Therefore 20 percent less RAM usage. It makes definitely a difference running a browser in multi process or single process mode.

  22. Post a srceencap of what exactly ? How my firewall asks me if I want to block it ? No background opened , nothing , it happens only right at the start , but if I press agree to block and nothing later . I guess it would have happened later on too if I didn't press agree to block.
