dard_thesorrow Posted April 9, 2007 Share Posted April 9, 2007 hi frnds...few days before i have scanned my PC (Service Pack 2)with JV power tools and when i restart my pc. it cant start.. so that i have install missing file From Bootable disk (SP1) and my system starts but now it becomes service pack 1 when i try to upgrade my sys to SP2 it give me this error...Does anyone have any idea??? cluberti Posted April 10, 2007 Share Posted April 10, 2007 It sounds like it's quite possible that you have SP2 files on your SP1 box, causing SP2 not to install (especially if you've got a newer ntoskrnl on the box).
