try resource hacker, it can replace images and text in programs with your own etc.

I can change logo of xp text but i could not change fonts, style and background color... How can and if by resorce hacker then where this information is placed?

No it is not a image. I think it is just like xp orignal logon file that has color in script rether then using image

I'm pretty sure they are DLLs and EXE's in C:\WINDOWS\system32 that contain bitmaps (the images you see everywhere in Windows). XPero would be the expert on that since he makes the XPize tool to replace the half-decade old XP images with new ones.

your seeing on the image you posted are the bitmap resources in the

setup.exe on the root of the CD itself...

Because size and resolution of bmp must be same as in recourse file, not as you like. Check original file before replacing with new one.
